New Phoenix Track a Challenge for Teams

Updated Oct 5, 2011 12:23 AM ET AVONDALE, Ariz. The track is cured and the tires are chosen, but who will win when NASCAR returns to Phoenix International Raceway for the penultimate race in the Chase for the Sprint Cup on Nov. 13? Updated Sep 26, 2011 6:13 AM ET LOUDON, N.H. Tony Stewart enjoyed a reversal of fortune at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. “If that’s not a flip-flop from last year, I don’t know what is,” Stewart declared over the radio after taking the checkered flag for the second consecutive week.
